Where does your heart lead?



     As I gain more wisdom in what makes me truly happy, I do find myself going back to basics in so many ways.  And that is what my health coaching is about too.  As adults things can get.... complex, needlessly complex.  We tend to over think everything.  And sometimes this over developed sense of analysis can lead to overwhelm.  But I have found an easy way out of this.  Follow your heart.

     When pulled between two opposing ideas, paths, thoughts or options, follow your heart.  Which one brings you closer to the life you want to live?  Which action brings you closer to the person you want to be?  And most importantly which path makes your heart fill up just a little bit more?  Because often, this is the idea, path, thought or option that leads you back to the real authentic you.  You can't fake this.  You know when you are connected and inspired or doing the "supposed to"  step and stuck.  I am not saying it won't be hard work, that is another conversation entirely.  But does it bring you back to you?  Yes?  Then go for that.  And the path becomes clear.
